LifescienceTalent was born from years of working with small start-ups, medium-sized and large biotech companies—and experiencing the frustration with outdated hiring systems. Word-based resumes were rarely read, applications were time-consuming with little to no feedback, interview processes dragged on for weeks, and executive searches became unnecessarily costly. Traditional keyword matching often failed to recognize true capability, expertise, and ambition.
